Relax and Breathe!

The above is a wonderful exercise from Louise Hay's blog.
I use it every time I begin to feel stressed.  I take three very deep, slow breaths, and silently say to myself All is well. All is well. All is well.  
Brings me right back to a state of peacefulness.
